DOUBLE-CONED PREFORMED UPHOLSTERY COIL SYSTEM
Pre-engineered as a faster alternative to traditional 8-way hand tying, these units use the same upholstery coils in a mechanically tied, ready-to-install assembly.
An interlocking grid system on top of the coils allows them to work as a complete system instead of working independently. The coils are clipped to steel wires at the bottom to form the base.
Springs can be positioned wherever needed for optimal seating, giving the wire base drop-in flexibility in size and shape and making it adaptable to nearly any frame configuration.
No two pieces of furniture are alike, and our construction reflects that. The height, diameter, wire gauge, and spacing of every spring are custom made for each individual piece of furniture, with seating height and cushion depth, taken into consideration.
