MATERIALS

High-carbon, heat-tempered wire

All upholstery springs are made from high-carbon spring wire and are heat tempered to ensure resilience and a lifetime of consistent performance.

Complete records are kept on file, and careful inspection ensures that every order will duplicate the preceding one. Our upholstery coils are ideal for 8-way hand-tied seating.

Top and bottom diameters are designed and produced to meet specifications. We can customize the firmness of each individual spring through changes in the center diameter, number of turns and wire gauge.

All of our upholstery springs are made from high-carbon spring wire, and are heat tempered to ensure a lifetime of performance.
